You can request a refund 30 days from date of purchase. Once 31 days have passed, TeaTrain LTD will not accept refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a non-faulty return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days of acceptance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund post 30 days, first check your bank account again.
If the refund is not showing on your statement then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and may be pending.

You accept that you will be responsible for the payment towards the shipping costs for returning your item if the item is deemed non-faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable on all products returned deemed to be non-faulty. If you request a refund on an item deemed to be non-faulty, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund.
If the returned product has been accepted as faulty on behalf of TeaTrain LTD, TeaTrain LTD will offer a full refund and reimburse return postage cost. These terms are only accepted if original proof of postage is received via email within 10 days of a faulty return acceptance email.

TeaTrain LTD accepts no responsibility for any items posted back to us which may be lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
